The Power of Thought

The mind is a mysterious, powerful part of human beings. Throughout the day, if you were able to keep track of your thoughts, how many different things would you figure go through the mind?

Although there are conflicting opinions about how many thoughts we think daily, the average is between 2-4 thousand daily. Thinking is also a part of our days while working, helping the kids with homework, or planning for tomorrow while drifting off to sleep.
